1. General Conditions
  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made 15 days or more before the travel date.
  • Partial refunds of 50% are available for cancellations made 7 to 14 days prior to the travel date.
  • No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the travel date, except in cases of force majeure or documented emergency.
2. Non-Refundable Services

Some services, such as airline tickets, promotional offers, or last-minute deals, may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking and must be acknowledged by the customer.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

  • Full name used during booking
  • Reason for cancellation
5. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events, Gola Tours may offer a travel credit or partial refund depending on the specific case and supplier agreements.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and transparently.
